I am born and raised in California so the sun and beach is my comfort zone! I love spending time outside with friends and exploring new towns.
About Me
I am a third year microbiology student with a minor in bioengineering at the University of California, Berkeley. I am a laboratory assistant and undergraduate researcher where I work in tissue regeneration but also enjoy spending time teaching to students. My goal after college is to pursue graduate school and then go to industry.
Experience
I was a private tutor for Algebra 2 during the 2022-2023 school year at Frog Tutoring. Over the summer in 2022, I was a course instructor at a tutoring company in my hometown for AP Calculus and for SAT and math/california/berkeley">ACT Math. I was also part of the California Scholarship Federation where I tutored peers in my high school classes for four years.
Approach
Some of my biggest role models growing up were the teachers that I looked up to. I stand to be an understanding role model for kids of all ages and backgrounds while providing a strong academic foundation for them to be successful.
