About Me
I've graduated from UT Austin with a Math major. So I am a mathematics teacher even though I has an accent when I speak English. However, I think it doesn't really matter when I want to teach students with my passion. Using responsive teaching I can increase students’ learning levels, recognize and build my lesson plans based on students’ thinking, ideas, and prior knowledge. I'll use students’ starting points to develop their ideas to help them overcome obstacles and that's my goal.
Experience
As an U-Teach internship, I had the opportunity to tutor students math in many different schools such as Kealing Middle School, Austin High School, LASA High School, and Cedars International Next Generation HS during the time I studied at UT Austin. I have always had a passion for math in tutoring and helping students understand even though I've already graduated BS Math. So I can't wait to use my teaching experiences to help my future students develop their own passion for math!
