I love to read. I am an artist (painting and sculpture) I have 5 siblings. I have a pet rabbit named Obsidian. I like to cook and bake, and my favorite color is purple.

About Me

I am a 2019 college graduate, I recently realized I would like to teach so I am studying to take the GACE and get into a teaching program. I will be going back for my master's as soon as I decide which level I would like to teach.

Experience

I grew up in a school environment. My family is made up of a lot of teachers, I was always in school, even after-school programs, and I would always help my peers and siblings (and my sibling's peers) during study time. I also volunteered at schools my family worked in and assisted the kids that needed help.

Approach

I believe as a teacher/tutor or anyone who is helping someone learn, the best thing you can do is find out how that person learns best. There are many ways in which a person can learn information ( verbally, visually, through physical exploration...etc)
Knowing how to teach someone effectively is the best way to help them learn something permanently
