If there is one thing everyone knows about me, it is that I am absolutely obsessed with soccer. I was born in Costa Rica and I love traveling to exotic places and have been to Costa Rica, Yap, and Hawaii.

About Me

I am a senior Pre-Med Biology major. I have played soccer at my college for four years. I have been on the Dean's List twice and am involved in multiple clubs around my school. I am the President of Tri-Beta Honor Society, Vice President of Pre-Health Student Association, and am part of the Mortar Board Senior Honor Society. I hope to get accepted into medical school after I graduate and ultimately achieve my goal of becoming an orthopedic surgeon.

I am one of the biology/chemistry/physics charlotte">tutors at my college so I have had plenty of experience charlotte">tutoring different age groups.

My family moved from a Spanish-speaking country to the United States when I was two. With English not being my first language, I struggled in elementary school. However, through the patience and understanding of my teachers, I was able to learn a completely foreign language. I implement this same patience and understanding in my charlotte">tutoring sessions. I meet my students halfway and always provide a welcoming and positive atmosphere that allows students to feel confident asking questions and helps them feel comfortable with me and the material.
