I am a lover of the outdoors and adventures! I camp, paddleboard, teach kids how to bike and kayak, and am a huge advocate for sustainability.

About Me

I have been teaching literacy education for over ten years and love it! My passion is to inspire students to love reading and writing.

Experience

I have been teaching for 11 years K-5 in all levels of literacy education. With a master's degree in reading and writing curriculum, I have vast experience teaching students to not only have confidence in reading and writing but further to love it and be lifelong learners!

Approach

I am a huge advocate for positive incentives and positive affirmations. I encourage struggling readers and writers by building their confidence and supporting them to know that they can do anything they put their minds to.
