Fun Facts
I played gymnastics for 12 and a half years and studied dance in college. I enjoy learning how to apply biomedical engineering and computational knowledge within this field of sports and art.
About Me
I am a sophomore student at Union College in New York. I received two scholarships from Japan and one from the college. I have been on the dean's list my first year and love working in labs during the school term.
Experience
As a coding instructor (part-time job), I have experience teaching students in basic science/new-york/new-york">computer science topics. I also enjoyed teaching math to my classmates and helping them succeed on exams.
Approach
Until high school, I did not understand the importance of basic mathematics, but as an engineering major now in college, I have understood the importance of having a solid foundation in the area to succeed in advanced classes. I hope to help students prepare for college and more advanced studies within the STEM field.
