About Me
I'm a junior Computer Engineering major at boston-university">Boston University, I'm currently on Dean's List with GPA of 3.51. And I have a strong background in math and science (mainly physics).
Even though I haven't had a boston">tutoring job before, I have always tutored my cousin at home who's in middle school right now. I think the most important thing about being a boston">tutor is to be patient. Students don't want to ask questions because they think teacher/boston">tutor will think their questions are stupid and waste of time. Therefore, when I boston">tutor my cousin, I always make sure I encourage her to ask what she doesn't understand and answer her question with patient. So that she feels that I am willing to listen to her questions and answer them.
My goal to my students, is to first of all make sure they understand the subject. Secondly, bring my student ahead of their class so that they feel the sense of achievement. And finally, get them to like the subject. Math and sciences are very fun, because everything always make senses. There's no need to memorize, its all about understanding. I had a lot of fun in those two subjects, I will make sure my students do too.
