About Me

I am a recent graduate from SUNY ESF with a focus on GIS applied to natural resource management. I am particularly passionate about the applications of GIS to environmental conservation and climate change mitigation.

Experience

I have extensive experience using GIS, both in academics and professionally. I have worked for the Massachusetts government in land acquisition and alongside New York state environmental protection.

Approach

I believe the only way to learn GIS is through hands-on experience. Playing around with the software, making mistakes, and learning from those mistakes is the only way to be proficient in GIS. As a tutor, I want to help you learn the power of GIS and guide you in your journey. It takes focus, patience, adaptability, and an open mind to be successful in GIS.
