About Me
I am a mom of six boys between the ages of 1 and 20 and I'm married to my amazing husband. I've been a paraprofessional, substitute teacher, and tutor since 2017. I homeschool my boys and try to stay very active with them. I also run a recovery and counseling program with my husband.
Experience
I was a paraprofessional and substitute teacher at Highland School for three years as well as volunteered to teach in a private church school for a year. I've been homeschooling my boys for 4 years now.
Approach
Over my years of homeschooling my boys and being a paraprofessional, I've found ways to connect with children on their level and gain their trust so that they're more open to learning from me. I believe every child is different and learn on different levels and with different styles and people.
