One fun fact about me is that I am an avid CrossFitter!

About Me

I am a graduate of Winthrop University where I studied Healthcare Management. I have spent my entire professional career in the healthcare space in Management and IT positions. I have years of virtual training and classroom instructing experience.

Experience

I am currently a Customer Success Manager for a Dental software company. My main focus is to train newly acquired offices on our software. I have also worked as an Epic Credentialed Trainer where I would train a classroom of people on our Epic software.

Approach

Throughout my learnings as a Trainer, I have been told to teach the members of the class who may struggle the most with the material but still make an effort to keep the other participants engaged.
