About Me

I am a Senior Analyst for an Insurance Company. I have worked for the Company for 16 years handling Claims, to being a Trainer, Supervisor of several units and now in IT.

Experience

I loved being a trainer and teaching my students how to handle calls correctly. I built a bond with them by building rapport and trust. My students still reach out to me today and let me know where they are in the Company and thank me for being there for them and inspiring them.

Approach

I put myself in my student's shoes and remember how it feels and work with them to overcome and learn the skills they need.
