Some fun facts about me: German is my native language. I founded a fashion organization
(Fashion Novice) at Texas A&M. I have a clothing business in which I upcycle old clothing. I have three lovely cats, one adopted and two rescued. Lastly, I love spending time with friends and family.

About Me

I was born and raised in Germany, but have found a home in Houston, TX. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Communications degree. I currently work as a substitute teacher with Kokua and am a freelance creative on my own time. I paint, design (both clothes and graphic design), write poetry, creative direct, web design, and more.

Experience

I have been a tutor since I've been a senior in high school. During my high-school years, I professionally tutored freshman and sophomore students and some of my classmates. While in college, I founded my fashion organization, where I taught fashion basics to members of ages 18 and up. Approach

My approach is to stay adaptable. I always keep in mind that every student learns differently, therefore it is up to me to adapt to a new teaching style with whomever I am working with. Along with adaptability, comes patience. In the same way that every student has a different learning style, they also have a different rate of understanding and learning. I find both of these approaches to be very effective, for both the student and myself.
