I love to spend time with my family and friends, specially my dog Milo. I do enjoy drawing, finding new coffee spots. My most recent addition to my hobbies is working out.

About Me

I am a recent college graduate. My career goal is to soon be an elementary teacher and have my own classroom. I will be attending Fresno State this Fall to start my teaching credentials.

Experience

I have worked with students for six years now. I have the opportunity to work with grade levels k-6. My first job as a paraprofessional is what piqued my interest in becoming a teacher. Given the opportunity to work as a paraeducator taught me to get in touch with my creative side, classroom management, and be able to communicate with parents and administrators. Now, my most recent is being a bilingual tutor. Here I work with students from 3-6 grade who are newcomers or considered English Lang

Approach

As an English Language Learner, I have a passion for helping students who are considered ELL because I know how overwhelming it can be to learn a new language. I love to work with students and I hope that I can have a positive impact on their life.
