One thing I love doing is helping others. It helps me know I’m making a difference in someone’s life whether it’s big or small. I also love reading and writing. When people see me they’ll see me with my head in a book.

About Me

I’m a junior at Nassau Community College. I’m going to school for nursing and probably teaching. When I graduate I plan to work and go to medical school to become a pediatrician and teach young people about my experiences. I’m going to start a few non-profit clinics to help families without health insurance. I'm

Experience

As a member of the key club in high school, I had the opportunity of tutoring my peers in Math and English. I also teach at my church. I teach children ages 3-15, and I’ve been doing that and love every single minute of it. I'm also a Seventh-day Adventist Christian and love doing the work of God

Approach

As a child, I had a rough time. I couldn’t focus in school and was bullied my whole life. Teachers would make fun of me and belittle me. My approach is to give every student a voice, I want to give them something I never had. I want to make a difference in their life so they can go on and do the same for someone else. If I could make a difference in the world one child at a time, I want to do it. I want to be able to put a smile on their face and help them become the best person they can be.
