About Me

I graduated from SMU with a degree in Biophysics and a minor in Mathematics with a GPA of 3.916.

Experience

At SMU, I assisted one of my professors in teaching summer courses in Quantum Mechanics. For the last several months I have been tutoring for Math and Physics at SMU for their Department of Academic Development of Student-Athletes.

Approach

In my tutoring, I do my best to try to make my students feel engaged and have fun with the content, because I believe students learn best when they actually care about the content. I believe that my speciality is breaking down complex topics into their fundamental components to make them easier to understand, that way my students truly understand the material instead of regurgitating memorized information. By doing this, I try to give my students the tools they need to succeed on their own.
