Fun Facts

I have been teaching for 7 years for one school district. I am the oldest child of my mom's children and my dad's children. I am a Softball Coach for the high school I work for.

About Me

I am a high school English teacher. I am the mother of three children. I graduated from Mississippi Valley State with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. I graduated from Belhaven University with a Master of Arts in Teaching.

Experience

I taught Middle English for 3 years. It was 6th, 7th, and 8th. This is almost the end of year 4 for me teaching High School English.

Approach

As a teacher, I always try to meet my students where they are before I advance them to the next level. I always try to find out my student's strengths and weaknesses so I will know how to approach them to assist them.
