About Me

I am a recent college graduate and want to continue to be involved in education and academia. I'm super passionate about learning and want to help share that passion with others through different learning styles and examples.

Experience

I've taught large groups of people through organizations on campus, and through my work as a Teaching Assistant and Tutor while in college, primarily focusing on social sciences, reading comprehension, and writing. I am used to a setting where I work with a large group of students, but I also work very well with students one-on-one to make sure they understand their lessons and feel seen and understood.

Approach

I graduated with a degree in psychology and spent much of my college career looking into education and how we as people learn. I have learned that each student is very different in their academic needs. No two students are exactly alike, and that is something that should be supported and celebrated. I will work with students and help them find what learning style and study skills work best for them and help them to become better students overall.
