A driving passion that I have is writing. Not many people know that I am currently working on writing my novel! I also absolutely love reading.

About Me

I’m a student at Metropolitan State University, in my second year. I’m majoring in Urban elementary education. When I graduate I plan on becoming a second-grade teacher.

Experience

I worked as a volunteer tutor at this center which mainly worked with Somali students.

Approach

Growing up, I had a strong pull toward wanting to learn everything I laid my hands on. There were a few teachers I had growing up that encouraged and supported me.
