I have a fascination for everything, but some I adore are cooking, going to art museums, fashion, and dressing up while music is in the background. I also love movies and reading, specifically romcoms.

About Me

I am a sophomore/ Junior at Oakton Community College. I was on the president's list for three semesters for my exceptional grades. I hope to transfer to Howard University, majoring in communications. I aspire to be a fashion journalist in the future.

Experience

I've worked with kids before. I worked at the YMCA afterschool program where I helped elementary school students with their homework.

Approach

As a student in the public school system, I've learned there are multiple teaching methods that work best for students, and a teacher/ professor can't always offer that for each student. I know that I am a visual learner and that a student's knowledge doesn't always show through test scores because of the teaching methods. I also struggle with asking others for help, and I soon learned that it is never bad to ask for a bit of help.
