About Me

I am an ESL online tutor and I've met so many people from all over the world! I have over six years of experience teaching at private schools in Madrid, Spain! I have a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Sam Houston State University. I love to experience educating students while getting to know about their culture!!!

Experience

Throughout college, I was a nanny for a special needs child. I had the opportunity to experience working with preschool children at a daycare where I would work in the summer. I learned how to control a classroom while following a schedule each day. I learned that educating was something that I enjoyed doing. During my senior year at SHSU, I got the chance to study abroad. I went to Spain and England. There I learned about the educational system as well as how schools function in Europe. After g

Approach

Teaching should be engaging and comfortable for all students. Growing up, I'd often feel intimidated to speak up and express myself since I didn't feel encouraged. Now that I am a teacher myself, I ensure students feel encouraged and enthusiastic to learn and ask questions. I feel that this is the most important factor in educating.
