About Me

I have worked as a language teacher for over 30 years. From pre-kinder (from 3 years old onwards) to university level.

Experience

I have worked both for public and private institutions as a teacher, and also as a tutor. I have prepared students who wanted to pass their courses, sit for international exams, be accepted at universities, and/or travel for fun or work.
I have been hired as a translator/interpreter for business, legal agreements, sports events, inclusive teaching, sustainable housing, and some more topics.

Approach

As a teenager, I struggled with maths, and thought that was the worst course ever! But soon I realized that when I focused, tried harder, and finally got to solve a given equation correctly, I felt deeply happy and enjoyed the achievement as if I had gotten some kind of trophy. That made me want to get more equations to solve! Soon, I understood the importance of guiding students who struggle with a certain course and eventually -hopefully- making them enjoy learning it and change their perspective.
