About Me

I am an educator/writer and mother of two adult children. I live in Colorado but I am originally from Chicago. I love to work with children and assist them in learning.

Experience

I have been in the education field for over twenty years. I worked as a education/colorado/denver">special education consultant, 2,3,4 grade teacher, reading interventionist, and tutor. I have been a lead teacher for 2nd grade.

Approach

I believe all children should be recognized for their unique learning styles. There are many approaches to assist in children learning, especially for students who need intervention in assessing the curriculum.
