Fun Facts

A fun fact about me is I love to cook just as much as I love to eat! I cater small get-togethers all the time. I also love traveling and trying out different parks with my son.

About Me

I graduated with my bachelor's in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas. While I was there, I did a lot of outreach work in the community. I hope to finish my academic endeavors by completing my law degree.

Experience

When Covid struck, a lot of children were no longer in school. At my local community center, I helped a diverse group of children through the first at-home school year. I have also been a permanent substitute teacher for Denton ISD.

Approach

I am someone who used to struggle with reading comprehension as a child. My mother worked diligently with me to combat that and I have made it my job to do the same with other young children.
