I am a recently certified Health and Fitness Coach that teaches my family and friends about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. When not walking trails, you can find me helping out at my local church.

Experience

As a college student, I had the opportunity to tutor my classmates to help them achieve their academic goals. It was such a great feeling for me.

Approach

Growing up, I had difficulty staying focused and completing my classes and homework. Luckily, I was fortunate enough to have a teacher that cared for my education and was persistent with me.
