One passion about me is that I LOVE softball! I played all of my childhood and now I have continued on a CO-ED team locally. My favorite subject is History, but I love English nearly as much! I own two rental properties and actively flip sale for profit investment properties.

West Texas born and bread by a Real Estate Investor growing up learning the industry and gaining four teaching certifications in the process. I am a Licensed Texas Appraiser Trainee, Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, Texas Registered Property Tax Professional, as well as a Texas Registered Property Tax Consultant.

Madison has expertise in all facets of the real estate with over 19 years boots on the ground, 3 years of teaching experience varied in both subjects of lower and upper level(s) English, U.S. History, and Business.

Who really ever likes the cookie cutter teacher approach? Isn't that a little bland for our ever innovating and progressive way of educating our future leaders? I think so too! I approach every student's capabilities and learning styles individually. I facilitate my lessons with engaging relatable content sure to drawl in my student's attention!
