Fun Facts
I work at a summer camp for kids and adults with disabilities! My favorite activity there is the bouncy house followed by a root beer float!
About Me
I am a sophomore studying Speech Language and Hearing Sciences, or Speech Pathology at The University of Texas at Austin. I also have a minor certificate in Critical Disability Studies. I’ve made the Dean’s list for three semesters now and have a cumulative GPA of 4.0! When I graduate, I plan on attending Graduate School to pursue my Masters in Speech Pathology!
Experience
I was a peer tutor for students with disabilities at my high school for 3 years and taught elementary-level math, science, and PE. As a member of the National Junior Honor Society, I also tutored middle school reading classes. I also have served as a peer tutor at UT Austin for SLH courses!
Approach
I have always loved teaching! Everyone has different learning methods and I will always adjust to yours because that works best for you! I am very willing to make accommodations!
