Fun Facts
Despite majoring in physics, I am currently researching the heteroresistance of bacteria. I also have two cats, and despite of them being black, am I pretty lucky.
About Me
I am an undergraduate student at Georgia Tech, majoring in Physics and minoring in Nuclear Radiological Engineering and Computational Data Analysis. Upon graduation, I plan to pursue a Ph.D. in Medical Physics and perform research related to radiation therapy.
Experience
I have tutored students in K-12 STEM subjects for over 5 years through organizations like the National Science Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta. I also regularly work with kids by creating and grading Science Olympiad tests as well as hosting events in multiple STEM subjects, including Biology and Physics.
Approach
Throughout my academic career, I have to experiment with different approaches to learning and mastering courses. However, it is most helpful to start from the basics explained in the simplest form and progressively increase the difficulty. Consistency, repetition, and the ability to apply concepts are key to academic success.
