I LOVE animals! I have four pets that love to say hi at the end of meetings. I am a full-time graduate student, so I am constantly buried in books. I love learning and sharing my love of learning is a passion of mine. I enjoy spending time outside, especially with my family.

About Me

I am a first-year Master of Social Work student. I love reading and learning, which translates into my tutoring style. I believe that everyone is smart and capable of meeting their goals when they are given the right tools. I was on the Deans' List every year of undergrad and achieved a 4.0 in my first semester of graduate school.

Experience

I served as a volunteer reading tutor for preschool and elementary-aged students throughout my high school career. While in college I tutored classmates in English, writing for a range of subjects, and Spanish. I also volunteered with elementary and middle school-aged children with homework completion for 3 years.

Approach

I believe that each individual is smart and capable. My approach is to give students the tools to meet their goals. I will work with students to uncover their learning styles and base our sessions on what works best for them. One size does NOT fit all when it comes to education.
