I have taught for over fifteen years in the Metro Detroit area. I teach 6-12 grade social studies as well as adult high school completion classes. I'm a native Detroiter currently residing in the broader Metro Detroit area.

My approach is to create a strategy that will help students understand as well as retain information. I do this by figuring out the way students learn and then using that to help students read, comprehend, and take notes.
