Fun Facts

I have danced my entire life (since I was 2) and now teach adult and child classes! I also collect Japanese pencils, and I currently do research on how we can cure cancer by using our own immune cells before medical school!

About Me

I graduated from Texas Christian University with degrees in Neuroscience and Humanistic Medicine at the top of my class. I tutored for TCU in biology for my entire 4 years and also have experience in math, English, and chemistry tutoring for multiple grade levels!

Experience

I have tutored Introductory Biology I/II and General Chemistry for 3 years. I also tutor for the AP exam in both subjects. I have tutored for the English/Reading sections of the ACT for over 5 years. I also have tutored advanced biology and psychology courses for 2 years.

Approach

I found my learning style in college, and that involved teaching. I work to create a comfortable environment and the goal is that you can teach me the material before the session is over. My approach will always be student-focused first by touching base on your goals and ending by you being able to truly lead the session and showcase your knowledge, all with my guidance and assistance along the way! I absolutely love tutoring and teaching, and I hope to work with you!
