Approach

Every student has different learning abilities. As an Educator, I identify those abilities and develop the appropriate teaching method to cater to each student. It is imperative to have a good rapport with each one of my students. Having this rapport and understanding of each student's abilities and needs helps me in assisting the student in being successful with their academics.
Many students get overwhelmed with their academics and shut down. So, I create different games to make learning fun!
