About Me

I am an incoming Masters's student at Georgia State University, where I will study Philosophy. I was a Presidential Scholar at Occidental College, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy & World Affairs and Philosophy cum laude. I was presented the Lauter Prize for writing the best senior comprehensive paper in philosophy. Before college, I graduated with Highest Academic Honors from Notre Dame High School as a member of the National Honors Society and the California Scholarship Federation.

Experience

I was a Teacher's Assistant in science/california/san-jose">Computer Science 101 as an undergraduate. In high school, I tutored with Reading Partners for a year and at the San Jose Public Library for one semester.

Approach

I believe in finding the gifts in every student regardless of any initial challenges they may face. I am interested in positive encouragement and a thoughtful transition from explaining the concepts to ensuring the student succeeds in doing the work themselves.
