About Me

A business owner since March 2000 incorporated state of Illinois, real estate license held since 1997. The license in Florida, South & North Carolina, Alabama and Georgia - from 2004 through 2019 operated a small real estate office in the southwest suburb of Midlothian and South Holland, Illinois - currently hold two real estate instructor licenses in IL & FL - although teach National to all states; Illinois & Florida - National and State.

Experience

Currently, a member of the National Association of Realtors since 1997 - double Master - MBA/Project Management - Entrepreneur / Business Owner for over 25 years coupled with work experience in the banking and insurance industries.

Approach

Working with an adult student is rewarding for two reasons, you are never too old to learn and an adult student more than not wants to be in the learning environment to better their career or they're Why in wanting to become a licensee. I like to relate the material to real-life experiences this helps the student to retain the concept - with learning the vocabulary and real estate math students should feel confident when sitting for the National & State Exam.
