Fun Facts
I am an avid fountain pen and typewriter enthusiast and a Formula 1 fan. I also love Star Trek and chose my name when I was adopted.
About Me
I am a recent Art History Stanford alumnus and I am currently in a master's program for marriage and family therapy. I hope to provide therapy for foster care children and support art conservation
Experience
During COVID, I helped two students with their language skills using Lindamood-Bell's Visualizing Verbalizing and Seeing Stars. During my time at Austin Community College, I tutored students in Latin and now I am teaching two students essay writing.
Approach
I come to tutoring with the understanding that each person is at a different stage in their educational journey, and I seek to help them in any way I can with understanding and patience.

Writing Tutoring
As a humanities major at Stanford, I was required to write 20-page essays for most of my courses. Additionally, I have been teaching two students essay writing since graduating this June.
Study Skills Tutoring
In order to thrive in my coursework, both at the high school level in which I received my Associate's Degree at the same time as my high school diploma, and my time at Stanford, I needed to implement proper time management and study skills. This includes proper scheduling of study time and breaks, delineation of tasks, and organization so that I can quickly get what I need to study.
