I love cats! I have an emotional support cat named Phineas who is my whole world. He even keeps me company when I'm tutoring from home, so you might catch him popping up on webcam :)

About Me

I am a recent college graduate with a BA in Psychology. I graduated summa cum laude and am a Phi Beta Kappa member with a 3.84 GPA. Currently, I'm tutoring full-time while I apply to Counseling Psychology PhD programs. Once I get my doctorate, I aspire to work as a clinical mental health counselor.

Experience

I've been working for my undergraduate university as a writing consultant for the past year. This experience helped me to hone my tutoring skills and inspired me to seek out other tutoring positions. Now, in addition to working as a writing consultant, I also help students in ELA, psychology, sociology, and many other subjects through a variety of online tutoring platforms.

My tutoring approach is student-centered and tailored to individual needs. I prioritize creating a supportive and interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their challenges. Through clear explanations, constructive feedback, and collaborative discussions, I aim to empower students to become confident, independent learners.
