Fun Facts

Outside of work, my passions are spending time with my family, reading and travelling. I have lived and worked in 3 different states. I have travelled to 22 different states and 5 foreign countries in my lifetime!

About Me

I was born and raised in PA. I obtained all of my degrees and also started my teaching career there. I have a 3-year-old daughter I just can't get enough of! My husband and I are expecting our 2nd child in February.

Experience

I have a master's degree from Chatham University in Early Childhood Education and from Slippery Rock University in education/rhode-island/providence">Special Education. I have been teaching in some fashion since 2011. I have taught in PA, TX and MA. I am fully certified in both PA and MA.

• Taught a 15-year-old abused boy with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) 2013-2014 and Clinical Mental Disability.
• Tutored an 11-year-old boy with Autism.

Approach

I like to keep learning fun. I believe that children can have fun and learn essential skills at the same time. I like to play learning games and sing songs with my students to help enhance their memories and skills. I keep learning as interactive and hands-on as possible.
