About Me

I have 11 years of experience working with children interacting with them teaching them guiding them and learning with them. It’s a passion that I’ve had since a young age that made me realize I want to own my own business and one day have my own daycare or clothing store. I have a 2-year-old daughter who’s my priority my everything who I want to make proud in life.

Experience

As an experienced teacher, I’ve worked for the company Yancy Life as a bilingual mentor for elementary students teaching them math, English, and ESL, having tracking sheets for each student's grades, notes, and progress. Having private group sessions with 2-8 students per session preparing them for the STAAR test exam. Also putting each subject weeks..Great experience and so much fun!

Approach

As a child and in my teen years I was always a shy girl and very quiet didn’t have any teachers communicate with me in a way I needed them to get me out of my comfort zone would motivate me to participate in class or to even ask questions so I just felt that I just needed to pay attention and to figure it out. As a mature woman all I want is for the students and children I come across too and teach is for them to know that they are not alone to not feel like failures to not be scared to learn
