About Me

My name is Samantha Salinas and I am 21 years old. I currently live in Parlier, California. At the moment I am enrolled at Reedley College and my major is Liberal Studies. I hope to continue my education and become an elementary teacher.

Experience

As a student at Parlier High School, I was enrolled in an intro to teaching college course which allowed me to tutor at the brletic elementary school. I tutored 3rd and 5th-grade students in subjects of math and reading/writing.

Approach

I have always had an interest in teaching even as a high school student. Just the idea of shaping young minds and being able to help them succeed toward their goals made me want to become a teacher.
