About Me

I am a senior, majoring in biology at The City College of New York. I intend to pursue a master's in social work after graduation

Experience

As as a lead tutor assistant at Kumon, I assist in planning and teaching elementary, middle, and high school students Math and Reading in physical and online classes. I am capable of grading homework and classwork, walking around during class to aid students, managing students' class time, observing and taking notes of the strengths and weaknesses of each student in record books, and communicating with parents as needed!

Approach

As a child, I’d need my lessons broken down in order for me to understand them. I find visual learning and repetitive practice the best way to teach.
