Fun Facts

I am the oldest of 5. I grew up in a military family so I moved a lot as a kid. I have a handsome Orange Tabby named Murphy. I love to Crochet and bake in my free time.

About Me

I work full-time as a contractor for the federal government. I went to school for teaching and have two Masters degrees, one in Curriculum and Instruction and the other in Special education.

Experience

I have tutored for many years both for a small company and through various school districts. I have worked in education for over 15 years now

Approach

I struggled in school in Math and always vented defeat and stupidity. Always worried that others would laugh at me. I love to help students build confidence and teach them it is always okay to make mistakes and ask questions when you don't understand.
