Fun Facts

One of my passions is Pokemon. I fell in love with its world when I was young and have never forgotten it. I’ve kept up with the series of video games that have come out over the years and I’m an avid fan of the concept.

About Me

I am a junior science/new-york/new-york">Computer Science and Information Security major at John Jay College. My focus is on cybersecurity and I hope to get my master's at Carnegie Mellon when I graduate. My goal is to work in cybersecurity and software dev.

Experience

During high school, I volunteered as a tutor for after-school programs to help fellow students also succeed. Until my sophomore year, I also tutored the three children of a family that reached out to me to help prepare their children for the Regents exams and AP exams for their oldest daughter. Currently, I tutor at the writing center and the math center at my college in courses that I have taken in previous semesters.

Approach

When I was younger, it was difficult for me to approach learning in a structured way and that is something I aim to ease for other students as a tutor.
