I have grown up singing and performing, so I am a massive fan of almost all genres of music. I sometimes write my own music, in which having studied literature and language often comes in handy when writing lyrics! They're almost like little poems...

About Me

I was born and raised in New York City, and I have just completed my Master's of Philosophy at the University of Cambridge, where I was very involved in theatre and producing plays! I love studying drama, literature, and music, as well as most creative arts, and enjoy spreading that interest to others.

Experience

I have prior experience with tutoring, and teaching English Literature and English Language. I am very interested in educating young academics on the ever-important subjects of English Literature and English Language. I graduated with my undergraduate English Literature degree with a first-class degree, and I went on to pursue my Master's in Philosophy. I hope to inspire others to pursue a passionate study of the English language and the literature that it has to offer.

Approach

I structure my lessons in such a way that utilizes time most efficiently while also creating a motivational and uplifting work environment. I hope to allow students to feel capable of tackling the challenges of the curriculum prescribed to them as well as to encourage them to explore and pursue their own literary interests.
