About Me

I hold a BA degree in Communication, and since graduating, I've accumulated 2 years of experience in ESL teaching and over 5 years in corporate company management. Currently, I'm embracing the role of a stay-at-home mom, home-schooling my two young toddlers part-time.

Experience

During my 2 years of ESL teaching, I worked with children from kindergarten to elementary school. I led weekly English classes and taught U.S. History. As a bilingual mom, I've honed my Mandarin teaching skills by sharing cultural insights, stories, and Mandarin pop music with my children.

Approach

Education should be an enjoyable and student-driven experience. Learners should be genuinely interested in the subject matter. This is why I focus on teaching what they want to learn, not what I want them to learn. By infusing the learning journey with enjoyable and memorable moments, I ensure that new information is easily absorbed. Facilitating this process is my mission!
