About Me

I am currently a Medical Student who is studying to take Step 1 and I am an MBA student as well. It leaves most of my days revolving around studying but I am flexible with time. I am someone who is passionate and loves making a difference in others' lives.

Experience

I have worked with children before. As a Homework Assistant at the Boys Club of NY, I helped and tutored the boys with homework in math and English. It was a great experience where I helped them improve their comprehension and performance. I also volunteered at a children's clinic at NYP where I educated kids and parents about their health and better health practices. I met a lot of great children and their parents and it was rewarding.

Approach

I am someone who is patient and believes that learning shouldn't be daunting. I want to allow the children to make mistakes and assure them that they have what it takes to understand and succeed in whatever they are doing. Learning shouldn't be scary. It should be fun and enriching.
