About Me

I enjoy teaching writing skills and engaging in high-level discussions about young adult books. As an ELA Curriculum Coordinator, I appreciate the value of developing well-versed ELA teachers.

Experience

I’ve been in education for 10+ years. I’ve gone from being a Dean of Culture to a Writing Teacher to a Curriculum Director in NYC.

Approach

While in elementary school, I didn’t enjoy reading and grammar. Yet, with dedicated teachers and parents, I became interested in reading and writing. A hands-on approach and collaborative mindset allow children to begin internalizing why learning is a fun journey.
