I am extremely passionate about helping others. I have two 500+ hours of certifications in Pilates. I love helping people feel better about themselves, both physically and emotionally.

About Me

I retired from teaching elementary school after 30 years. I continued to see some former students for tutoring after school. I love teaching whether it is group exercise or private 1-on-1 sessions in Pilates or academics.

Experience

I have taught both elementary and middle school. I also taught PE for seven years as well. I am a firm believer in being physically fit for your mental and physical health. I take pride in my work and enjoy seeing my students be successful.

Approach

I believe every child can be successful with the right approach and attitude. Having a positive mentor or teacher can make the greatest difference in anyone's life. I strive to be that role model with everyone I meet.
