Sometimes, when solving a problem I have an initial idea in my mind that seems stupid at first, so I skip it. Then, after a while, I found out that I had known the answer from the very beginning, but was too afraid of implementing it, as it didn't look like the correct solution.
About Me
I graduated from school with honors and sometimes helped teachers explain topics, particularly in algebra and English. That was fascinating, as You're trying to discover different approaches that would help everybody comprehend the core idea of the topic we're talking about.

Approach
Different people require different approaches. My is to make analogies to the topic we're talking about and/or explain its applications when appropriate. In that case, students can be eager to learn something new in order to implement it further.
