Approach

I take a hands-on approach to learning. Many individuals want to give up when they find something to be hard because of the fear of failure. I’ve learned all people take information differently, some people are quick learners, and some people need extra help in order to be successful. It’s okay to need to put more time into understanding information. It doesn’t change the intelligence of a person but the approach for someone to learn information may need to change.
