I’ve been writing for over twenty years. The first story I wrote on paper was in middle school. My hobbies/ interests included reading, writing, abstract painting, listening to music, fashion design, and graphic design.

Jamaica, Queens, NY, born and raised. I was an artistic child from the start. Any form of creativity that was at hand reach, I made use of. My passion is to create something unique and help others find their unique style of creative expression.

Experience

Writing tutor at Old Dominion University Fall 2021 - Spring 2022. I was voted “most encouraging tutor” by my peers and students.

Approach

I struggled with my difficulties with reading and writing. I talk to my students first to see what they are comfortable working on, ask what their strengths and abilities are, and then ask what their limitations are in terms of reading, writing, and studying skills. I want them to know that I have been in their shoes. They have someone on their side who wants to help them.
