About Me
I am a senior psychology major who will be attending law school next year. I have always had a passion for law. I studied for about two years for the LSAT and increased my personal score from 158 to 174. I believe I now have a very thought understanding of the test and how to study for it and I would like to help others on their journey to law school. I have had internships in various legal fields including a prosecutor’s office, police department, and judge’s office. I have also taken classes in paralegal studies
.
Experience
I received a 174 on the LSAT and I have been accepted to many prestigious law schools.
I am currently finishing my undergraduate degree in psychology and I am on the board of my campus's chapter of Psi Chi.
I served on my college's Student government and acted as the philanthropy chair. I am also in the honors program when I am completing my senior research thesis on the interactions of law and psychology which will be reviewed by my committee at the end of the semester.
Approach
I believe that all sections of the LSAT are very learnable. I think that an understanding of formal logic is extremely important for succeeding at logical reasoning. The logic games section becomes much easier once one learns how to diagram each scenario. If one learns to set up these problems, they will succeed I strongly believe in the blind review method of studying for the LSAT and I think that frequent practice testing is important so that students can get a proper feel for time management
